The living area of the chalet is very much open plan with a convivial seating area which is alongside the dining area. The dining area has the benefit of a double height ceiling giving it a spacious airy feeling. The kitchen is open to the dining area, it is fully equipped with modern appliances. The property is located just outside of the centre of Megeve on the road up towards the Rochebrune area. From the chalet the Chamois lift is only 3 minutes' walk away. If you wanted to walk into the centre it is approximately 5 minutes to the famous Aallard shop.
