You enter the chalet on its top floor, where heading down a level will introduce you to the impressive main living areas. The lounge is comfortable and inviting, with plush sofas and a feature fireplace that blesses the room with warmth. The fireplace sits between the lounge and a well-stocked, sophisticated bar area, with a wine cellar adjacent for even more options for a refreshing post-ski beverage. This floor is a split-level, and heading down a short staircase will bring you into the spacious kitchen and dining area. A lengthy dining table fit for 14 sits in a double-height airy room of eminent style, backing on to a sleek contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar. Both the lounge and dining areas benefit from expansive sliding glass doors that open onto some large terrace and balcony areas, to enjoy your surrounding peaceful winter wonderland and gorgeous mountain panoramas.

The lowest floor of the chalet is dedicated to a spectacular list of spa and wellness facilities. The central hub is the chalet's swimming pool and relaxation area, where you can rest on graceful loungers beside the pool, or even above the water on the pool swing. Further relaxing indulgence can be experienced in the sauna or Hammam, or with spa and beauty therapies in the massage and treatment room. There are also gym facilities down on this level for guests to utilise. The spa area opens out into garden space, where the pleasures of an outdoor hot tub awaits to entice guests into its soothing blanket of bubbling warmth, with the calming sound of the River Dranse flowing by at the end of the garden.

The property has been designed with the philosophy that a house should be fun, and this is apparent in its wealth of entertainment options. The standout feature is found on entering the chalet, where an indoor slide runs from the entrance hallway down to a children's playroom two floors below. There are 6 double bedrooms with an additional bunk room for two children, providing space for a total of 14 guests. It is found in an idyllic location between the centre of Morzine and the beautiful nature reserves of the Vallée de la Manche, with beautiful valley and forest views and the River Dranse running beside it.

The nearest ski lift, the Téléphérique de Nyon, is just a 2 minute chauffeured drive away. In good conditions, good skiers can ski from the chalet to the nearby cross country trail which leads directly to the Nyon lift. The Prodains cable car which takes you to the higher altitude skiing of Avoriaz can be reached by car in less than ten minutes.

For those wanting to explore the town of Morzine and its selection of shops, bars and restaurants, your chauffeured vehicle can take you to the town centre in 5 minutes.
